Welcome to my website!  I have lived in this beautiful area for over 12 years and would love to assist you with your real estate needs.   Sebastian is on Florida's east coast about 100 miles south of Daytona.  Vero Beach is just to our south and Melbourne is to the north. 

Micco, Little Hollywood, Barefoot Bay, Palm Bay and Grant-Valkaria are  towns between Sebastian and Melbourne.  Micco is a small, very quaint town which is known to have been a small fisherman's village in the past.  The towns of Little Hollywood and Micco are bordered to the south by the Sebastian River.  There are many beautiful homes along the Sebastian River in Micco.  Also full of old Florida charm like Micco is Roseland, which borders the Sebastian River on the north side.  All of these towns are conveniently located close to shopping, medical, schools and parks.  There are plenty of boat ramps available to launch your boat too.

The Sebastian River is a navigable river teaming with fish, birds, manatees, and scenery.  It feeds out to the Indian River which is a lagoon that feeds out to the ocean.  The intra-coastal waterway goes right through here.  Our inlet is the Sebastian Inlet which is just right across the lagoon, making ocean access minutes away.  Our inlet state park is worth checking out.  The inlet beaches are well known by surfers and fishermen alike.
